| MOODY’S AFFIRMS U.S. CORRUGATED’S RATINGS |

| In a press release issued earlier this week, Moody’s Investors Service affirmed their B3 rating and maintained a Stable outlook for U.S. Corrugated. The rating and outlook reflected Moody’s expectation that U.S. Corrugated will continue to maintain solid credit metrics within their category. In addition, Moody’s noted that U.S. Corrugated’s cash flow and financial results have remained stable in the face of weak demand and difficult market conditions. |

| U.S. CORRUGATED OPENS LANCASTER, OHIO BOX PLANT |

| U.S. Corrugated has begun operations at its brand new, state-of-the-art corrugated box plant in Lancaster, Ohio. Located just south of Columbus, the 314,000-square-foot green field facility was built on 22 acres in less than one year. The new plant was designed with flexibility in mind, and can accommodate a diversified order mix of both high volume and small runs. A brand new full-line 98” Fosber Corrugator provides the horsepower to produce far in excess of one billion square feet of packaging for U.S. Corrugated’s customers in proximity to Ohio. |

| U.S. CORRUGATED ACQUIRES DALLAS BOX PLANT |

| U.S Corrugated today announced it has completed the acquisition of Durango McKinley’s converting operation in Mesquite, Texas. Mesquite (Dallas) is a large full service box plant with a recently installed 110” BHS Corrugator and a full complement of converting equipment. Terms were not disclosed. |

| U.S. CORRUGATED ACQUIRES TIMBERLINE |

U.S. Corrugated announced today it has acquired all of the outstanding stock of Timberline Packaging, Inc. Timberline operates a large full service box plant at Coal Center, PA and an interior packaging plant at Barnesville, OH. Terms were not disclosed.

U.S. Corrugated, Inc. announced today that it has agreed to acquire Heritage Packaging Company, an Atlanta sheet feeder, from CORRCHOICE and that it will sell its Greensboro sheet feeder to CORRCHOICE. The transactions are expected to close later this month. Terms were not disclosed.

U.S. Corrugated has announced the acquisition of Anderson Packaging, Inc., (API) a Kentucky based corrugated packaging manufacturer. Anderson operates sheet plant facilities in Somerset and Lawrenceburg KY., and provides its customers industrial packaging including short runs and quick turnaround deliveries, as well as specialty packaging, inner-packaging and assembly and fulfillment services.
